The specification covers the fusible resistor type over current/temperature limit.
※Circuit or module which is needed to protect the over current/over temperature and surge.
※Consumer electronics which is needed to protect the over current/over temperature and surge.
2. Model meaning：
4RT: fusible resistor thermal cut off.
3．Feature
※Protector for over current/over temperature and surge.
※Possible of 100% outgoing inspection(resistance).
※Possible of low temperature reflow soldering.

4.3 Enclosure
The enclosure shall have no defects such as crack, injury and contamination.
4.4 Lead
The fusible resistor lead should be firmly attached, At the conclusion of testing, The fusible resistor lead shall remain firmly attached:
(1)、Tensile: the force applied shall be 10N
(2)、Thrust: the force applied shall be 2N
(3)、Bending: the force applied shall be 5N and the number of bends shall be one。
5.Mechanical characteristic
The fusible resistor should endure both of the following tests：
5.1Pulling test:Fixed the body，applied level pull force of 5N to the lead wire for 1 minute, there shall be no damage with the body and lead wire.
5.2Stress test:Fixed The fusible resistor，applied the stress of 10N to the enclosure center , there shall be no damage with the enclosure.
6． Electrical performance
6.1 Testing Ambient
All tests should be carried out under the following conditions：
- Surrounding temperature：15℃～35℃;
-（Relative humidity：45%～75%；
- Atmosphere pressure：8.6x104　　 Pa～1.06x105

7.Installation Way and Parameters
7.1Propose that the following picture installation way is installed
7.2 Soldering conditions(RoHS)
Wave solder:200℃,≤20S
Hand solder:230℃,≤1S
8. Rated Power Derating Curve
8.1 When the ambient temperature is greater than 25℃,the value declines as the following Rated Power Derating Curve as shown in Fig.4(For Reference Only)
8.2 Storage conditions
Storage temperature: 5℃～35℃
Storage humidity:25%～85%
Storage time:6 months
9．Reliability test

Falling Shock Test	Cap should be firmly attached so that it is not possible to remove them without damaging the fuse itself.The means of attachment shall be sufficient to withstand an axial pull of 5N applied to each cap for 1 minute.The cap shall be nickel plated firmly.The glass tube shall have no defects such as crack and injury.After falling shock test,the resistance value of the fuses shall be in range.
